A Great Telehealth Experience I’ve used Dr. Alexa several times to get medical assistance for minor health issues, and each time the response has been friendly, timely, and respectful. Highly recommend them for quick care when you need it.

Fantastic and Fast Care We were so happy to be able to receive care feeling as badly as we were feeling. This was so nice especially with how long you have to wait for an appointment (even urgent care) to treat illnesses you are familiar with.

Don’t Recommend I had a good experience once for an infection, but the second time I was prescribed something I can’t take, then wouldn’t work with me or insurance or even the pharmacy to make it work. So I ended up going without anything and being treated a few days later at the dentist. Other than that, this is literally an antibiotic/drug mill. You can actually pick what you want and even pay extra for a work/school note. It shouldn’t even be a service

Excellent care Excellent care. Filled out my questionnaire which took about 5 minutes and received an instant response. Scripts were ready to pick up at my local pharmacy within an hour and my insurance covered them. This is definitely not a scam as others have suggested. I am very pleased with my experience.
