Darren and the Team at the Edinburgh… Darren and the Team at the Edinburgh Studio are so friendly and make you fe el very welcome whenever you go in. They are all exceptional in what they do, if you have a problem they do their best to help you and advise you and rectify the problem . Their advice is paramount to the client and they are truthful and it makes you feel at ease as they know what they are doing. I’ve been a client of Lucinda ellery… I’ve been a client of Lucinda ellery for 13 years, originally using the London salon. Now been coming to Bristol since it opened. To me as a client I find it homely, comfortable and relaxing. I find the staff very engaging and professional and they make me feel listened too and have given me so much confidence. The team are all so kind and have made the Bristol salon a lovely place to come too where you feel empowered and uplifted. I look forward to coming to my appointments every few weeks!

I went to Lucinda Ellerys with the… I went to Lucinda Ellerys with the highesst expetations and was really excited to do this process. I explained to them what I wanted and what color. They said they could not do a medium brown so mine was black which I agreed to. I also told them it was too long and she said when they layer it that would shorten it. When that time came I was told then that they could not layer it and it would not be shortened.Then when I called and complained they lied and said they told me this from the beginning which they didnt. Also if you think you will have a lot of choices in wefts I didnt. they only showed me 2 and 1 was burgandy ewww. Well I managed to get them to take it off and reimburse me for the process but I had expense for a hotel for one night and train tickets for 2 days which were not cheap but I did not get an offer to pay me back for that which between gas and everything else was close to $500. I researched a lot before deciding on going here and it has a lot of happy customer but unfortunately I was not one of them. I do believe it was because of the team that I had working on me. She did what she wanted and not what I was looking for at all. They make it sound like you have a lot of choices but you really dont even if you bring a picture of what you want but cant get. I appreciate them refunding me but the experience was a total diaster.

Southampton you are amazing! I always love my appointments at the Lucinda Ellery Studio in Southampton – Paulo and team are just fabulous, so friendly, attentive and I always come away with a great cut that last like new until the next one. I used to be really anxious about visiting the hair dressers until I found Lucinda Ellery, now I look forward to it! Couldn’t recommend the team at Southampton enough! Thank you guys you are amazing!
