I used Claret for 2 PCR tests and the… I used Claret for 2 PCR tests and the service was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and We received our fit to fly certificate within 24 hours with no issues. Highly recommended and will be using them again for my next holiday!

No response, no refund, nothing Unfortunately, they did not cancel my appointment for a LF Test as asked to do when I sent an e-mail to hello(at)pcrtest.co.uk. They do not take the phone either (called several times in the last couple of weeks...) and I have not received a refund of the 49pound I paid, although I cancelled in advance (which cancels the contract after the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013!). Absolute no response nor information! Disappointed :(
