Great experience We had a great experience with Claret Diagnostics. We did our PCR exams easily and we received our results very quickly.

No response, no refund, nothing Unfortunately, they did not cancel my appointment for a LF Test as asked to do when I sent an e-mail to hello(at)pcrtest.co.uk. They do not take the phone either (called several times in the last couple of weeks...) and I have not received a refund of the 49pound I paid, although I cancelled in advance (which cancels the contract after the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013!). Absolute no response nor information! Disappointed :(
