I feel like I was really listened to and such an easy solution was offered and I feel a million times better. I loved my NP and have recommended this to several friends who have also had good experiences. I am a nurse myself and have been very happy with my experience and results.

When dealing with hormonal changes as a woman and faced with the often dismissive attitude of others in the medical field, having the complete opposite at MIDI is mind blowing. Before finding MIDI, I suffered with perimenopause and just thought I’d have to deal with the symptoms I experienced. Finding clinicians who not only said yes you can do something about this, let’s work together to make life more enjoyable for you has given me the love for live I once had again. I only hope this stays around for many, many years as the service is invaluable.

All lies Tells you your insurance is covered then after doing all the paperwork and scheduling they come back and say they don't take your insurance. What a scam. Update: their list of insurance companies are the ones they say are covered and then come back and say they aren't and tell you will have to pay cash.

The doctor ordered bloodwork and reviewed the bloodwork with me and I have left three or four messages via email ( messenger) each message being returned by the doctor within a 24 hour period. I am surprised to read that there are a few negative reviews because my experience has been the exact opposite.

Love the telehealth option, too, as it is easy to schedule and work into my busy work schedule. My only other option in the area were high cost, cash pay concierge doctors. I got what I needed with ease, and speed. Im happy to have the help being healthy.. my clinician answered my questions and concerns quite expertly.
