GBTheir website info about insurance is false I went through scheduling after checking their website where it states that they accept my insurance as in network (FL - Blue Cross PPO). Shortly after scheduling and completing the paperwork, they cancel my appointment and reschedule it at a different time. Not a great first impression. The night before my appointment, they send me an email that my insurance does not cover their visits - in or out of network. Again, according to their website it is covered, otherwise I would not have booked. This was very misleading. Clearly their website isn't accurate about the insurance providers that work with them. I canceled.

GBvery poor service- nurses are not very… very poor service- nurses are not very knowledgeable- disconnect between Midi systems and lab request, so you may show up for labs and get turned away.

GBfinally an affordable, accessible expert! ! After scrounging around for an insurance covered option to treat menopause, I was glad to find Midi. Love the telehealth option, too, as it is easy to schedule and work into my busy work schedule. My only other option in the area were high cost, cash pay concierge doctors. I got what I needed with ease, and speed. Im happy to have the help being healthy.. my clinician answered my questions and concerns quite expertly.

GBClinicians..not Doctors. What?! So far I'm not impressed. Had my initial $250 visit with my clinician who is not a doctor. Eek. Also, they really push this "reputable supplements" provider. It was very odd. Spent a good minute or 2 on it. After discussing my care. She confirmed my Rxs and said she'd send them off. That same night I messaged the clinician thru the portal asking her to confirm my Rx's bc I had already forgotten (brain fog!). I didn't get a response so I sent an email to their customer support and asked if there was an issue with the portal. They said it could take up to 2 to 3 business days for a response.um what? It's already been 2 business days and nothing. No Rxs have been sent over either. I am not liking how this is going and feeling like the reviews are bogus because who would like this set-up at such a high price point. I was hoping by paying out of pocket I'd get more personal care and attention but it's not the case. Really disappointed and wished it was more like what the ads showed on social media. I would not recommend if you are paying out of pocket and want to actually speak with a doctor.
