I find it troubling that, despite the guarantee, I am required to cover the cost of international postage for the return of the product. As a loyal customer who has made a significant investment in your product, I am unsatisfied with both the quality of the product and the guaranteed service provided. Regrettably, I have decided not to return the product and will discontinue my relationship with your company.

I am so thrilled I am so thrilled when I receive superior customer service and that happened recently with my purchase from Dogs Landing. My package arrived damaged with the blanket exposed in ar least 3 areas. Very slight damage but damage nonetheless. I would not recommend the bed I would not recommend the bed. It is poorly made and not as thick as the pictures online. When I tried to return it, I was told that I would need to send it to Italy. I was offered 50% of my money back since the shipping would be so expensive. To me this seems like a scam to keep 50% of what I paid. The bed will be donated to a shelter at this point. Will never buy from this company again!
