Great answering service I have used Answering Legal for a couple years now and they are amazing. I don't have a lot of intake needs, so I know they have a lot more capability than I'm using, but I just want my clients/potential clients to talk to a real person when they call. Answering legal captures the information I need to return a call, sends it to me in a text and email, and my clients and/or potential clients never know they were talking to a call service. I have been using Answering Legal for… I have been using Answering Legal for over 5 years. To my recollection there have been very few hiccups or missteps. What I like most is there quick response to any questions or concerns I may express. As to clients, I can't remember when I have had a complaint by any of my clients or prospective clients regarding their service.

A Happy Customer My experience with them after about a year and a half is almost totally good. Though from New York, my southeast Texas clients think that they're being helped by southern ladies and the occasional gentleman. Like me, they are on duty 24/7. I find their prices most reasonable.
