I have been using Answering Legal for… I have been using Answering Legal for over 5 years. To my recollection there have been very few hiccups or missteps. What I like most is there quick response to any questions or concerns I may express. As to clients, I can't remember when I have had a complaint by any of my clients or prospective clients regarding their service.

Great answering service I have used Answering Legal for a couple years now and they are amazing. I don't have a lot of intake needs, so I know they have a lot more capability than I'm using, but I just want my clients/potential clients to talk to a real person when they call. Answering legal captures the information I need to return a call, sends it to me in a text and email, and my clients and/or potential clients never know they were talking to a call service.
