GBI needed a new x-ray unit in a dental… I needed a new x-ray unit in a dental operatory. A friend recommended DuraPro. I got a great price and quick instillation. I will definitely l look at DuraPro Health in the future. This was my first experience with them, and I was very satisfied.

GBI am a dentist and used dental planet… I am a dentist and used dental planet durapro and they are by far the worst vendor I have come into contact with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel an order because they are adamant about making a sell and do not care anything about your best interest. I requested a cancellation and they had not even shipped the unit to me and they said they would charge me a $6000 restocking fee. Be very careful when dealing with these people. The rep I had was Dale. I had planned on finishing the rest of my build with them but after this experience I will never use them again and I will make sure to tell all of my colleagues about my experience.

GBDale from dental planet is such a sweet… Dale from dental planet is such a sweet and caring person and helped me through the entire process of getting a new compressor and even helped me find a rental!! give this man a raise or at least acknowledge the extra work he does and makes the customer service great!

GBMandy, the star at Dental Planet! I was lucky to have Mandy pick up my call when calling Dental Planet for help with purchasing a new compressor. She was very knowledgeable and gave me considerable help in making my choice. She also arranged for the delivery of the compressor to my home office which entailed taking it down a steep flight of steps. The compressor now sits in my basement working wonderfully well! Thank you Dental Planet, thank you Mr. Brumley, and special thanks to Mandy for making the transaction and delivery easy!

GBI usually don’t leave reviews but this… I usually don’t leave reviews but this company deserves one. When I submitted my order, the address was incorrect. Once I noticed it, I contacted them and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Shipping was very fast and I love my new dental scaler! 10/10 would recommend this company and will be purchasing from them again. Their customer service can’t be beaten. It’s incredible!!
