Carestream 8000 panoramic… I purchased a Carestream 8000 panoramic x-ray to replace my previous older Carestream machine that died. I didn't want to change software or go through a lot of training with the staff. This machine arrived as promised and with 4 hours of technician installation, it is working better than the previous machine, with zero training. Great service from Dale. Highly recommended!

Disappointing I was trying to use some credit for an item Dental Planet had “purchased” from me. Many communication issues. Went so far as to disassemble my dental chair to take pics for reupholstery, but couldn’t get a response as to whether they could do it or not (I would have been spending $1500 after using my credit). Finally just decided to place an order for supplies to use up the credit. Many, many emails ensued. Most items out of stock. They sent some of my items to someone in another state. If I hadn’t stayed on top of it, I probably never would have gotten most of my order. 2/5 stars is being generous.

I did my full office with DentalPlanet I did my full office with DentalPlanet, although there were some hiccups but Tony, Maria, Dwight have been amazing through out and corrected the wrong. I am extremely happy with everything. Would Highly recommend them and would definitely do business again in the future.

I am a dentist and used dental planet… I am a dentist and used dental planet durapro and they are by far the worst vendor I have come into contact with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel an order because they are adamant about making a sell and do not care anything about your best interest. I requested a cancellation and they had not even shipped the unit to me and they said they would charge me a $6000 restocking fee. Be very careful when dealing with these people. The rep I had was Dale. I had planned on finishing the rest of my build with them but after this experience I will never use them again and I will make sure to tell all of my colleagues about my experience.

Loved my experience with them Absolutely loved working with Dental Planet! I worked with Inventory Specialist Chris Koetter, he was outstanding. He answered all my questions, was always available to take my call and work around all requests. The whole process took less than a week, great responsive team! 5 Stars for sure
