Great, Affordable Replacement Aligners I've ordered twice now from SportingSmiles and I've had no problems. I actually prefer their PLUS retainers to the one I received from my ortho because it's thicker and less likely to crack/break. I sent them my molds from my ortho and they sent me the retainers; it does take a few weeks to process. The only issue I had with the retainers is that I wish the top are contoured to the shape of my teeth like invisalign rather than just straight across, but that's more of a preference as it does not impact the functionality.

Great product, great communication!! This is my 2nd time ordering upper retainer for my daughter. The 1st one fit great! It fit better than the one we actually got from her dentist that actually made her original mold. Each time we got from her dentist, they had to grind and fit so they didn't hurt her gums, sporting smiles were perfect right off the bat and that was even using her original mold from her actual dentist!! Unfortunately, she lost that retainer within a month. So, just had to order another one. I'm sure this one will fit just as good, and I can't wait for her to get it! Keep up the great work, you have my business for sure!

Fantastic team Fantastic team, very punctual and have given me three retainers so far over four years. Their team was helpful over calls when I needed help taking the impressions and were everything I needed.

Cheap Material They take a long time to process your moulds to make them into retainers. My impressions were rejected 3 times, then I called them because I was biting into the moulds via the instructions properly and had them approved. Probably a money steal for them. My upper retainer broke and it hasn't even been a full year, cheap material. They wouldn't offer a replacement and wanted me to pay $45 for another set when it's their quality issue.

Ripoff and Horrible Customer Service Bought bleach trays. They aren't scalloped which means the bleach BURNS the gums so badly they cannot be used. Sent a note to their "warranty" department. Liz sent a canned email response about retainers that had nothing to do with the message sent to her. The company would NOT accept a return, repair them, or replace them. They brand of bleach is disgusting. It bubbles up in the trays. Any decent teeth bleach is a GEL not a foaming mess. AVOID at all costs.
