GBThe process was a snap. Great costumer service The entire process couldn’t have been more of a snap,(pun intended),. Ordered my impression kit, did the impression, sent it back. Next thing I know the aligners show up and I start wearing them. It totally worked. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I am Completely satisfied with the results and I would Totally recommend SnapCorrect to someone looking to get their teeth straighter.

GBNo one picks up the phone, no customer service No one picks up the phone, no one is emailing back, it’s impossible to get my retainers ordered. I thought they were out of business, I got an email they were not but no one is picking up the phone or helping me get my retainers ordered. It’s massively frustrating, if you’re looking to get aligners I would go with a different company because no one helps with getting aligners reordered once you’re done with your treatment, your teeth will shift and you have to do it all over again. I have been trying to get in touch with them for probably 2 months now. No response after calling probably 10 times and sending 4 emails.

GBLeft concerned... Throughout the process I have been religious about wearing these aligners 24 hours a day. I think because of that my teeth have moved without discomfort and now do appear to be much straighter. My complaint is that my teeth now catch in the front when I chew and I feel like it’s only a matter of time before one of them chips. I’m not sure how they calculate tooth placement but it seems to be ignoring bite position Also, two weeks and to wearing my retainer, the top trey has cracked across the front and the bottom tray is cracking near the molars. I thought the retainer would be more durable than the monthly trays because it’s thicker but it appears to be weaker.

GBGood Price - Great Results I finished my aligners 3 months ago. I've gotten a great result, period. The treatment plan was smooth, and I've had no problems reaching customer service with any questions or concerns. I also did a lot of research before choosing SnapCorrect. I considered numerous companies, and spoke in-depth with reps before making a decision. Cost was not the only factor for me, and with all things considered SnapCorrect won my business. My teeth are near perfect - I truly could not be more satisfied with the results. UPDATE: I reached out to SnapCorrect for a set of retainers, they called me and I've ordered my replacement retainers. Thanks SnapCorrect!!!

GBDon't Use SnapCorrect - Absent Customer Service I am a longterm customer of SnapCorrect, having used their aligners in 2018-2019. I have since used my last aligner as a retainer to ensure my teeth stay straight. This is where the problem begins - their customer service team is completely MIA. I have been trying to reach them for 3+ months to order a replacement of my last aligner. Given they are thin plastic, they loosen up over time. I have called no less than 10 times, used their online chat window numerous times (with no response), emailed (no response), and submitted a ticket on their support platform. This is complete patient negligence. Please use another company, this will be money down the drain for you as it has been for me - my teeth have now moved back into their original position.
