Don’t use snap correct. I am a seasoned snap correct user- I got my teeth straightened 4 years ago- I have had to order about 6 retainer sets a year. 2 at a time at $150. Snap correct is impossible to reach. I have to threaten to reach out to or reach out to the better business bureau in order for them to answer. Unfortunately, my teeth are shifted because the contact is so poor, I have to invest in another company to restraighten my teeth. Please spend the extra money and go with another company.

Not a happy customer Not a happy customer, contacted customer service because a set of my aligners were sent to my old address. The customer service rep told me that they can not make another set, instead asked me to just wear the previous one longer. That is completely unacceptable! The package should have required signature for delivery they have never asked me to sign. I shouldn't be charged for that set! I'm not satified with the outcome.

The process was a snap. Great costumer service The entire process couldn’t have been more of a snap,(pun intended),. Ordered my impression kit, did the impression, sent it back. Next thing I know the aligners show up and I start wearing them. It totally worked. Customer service was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions. I am Completely satisfied with the results and I would Totally recommend SnapCorrect to someone looking to get their teeth straighter.

We were skeptical of this method for… We were skeptical of this method for our 16 year old daughter but knew there was no way we could afford braces or invisalign through an orthodontist. Once we got the aligners, it was a very simple process, and by the second step we could already see a difference! We are very glad we chose snapCorrect!

AWFUL customer service!!! I sent in my impressions over 3 months ago, and tried to check on the status of my aligners, but they completely ghosted me! I tried calling, emailing a few times, but no response!!! I've been trying to get ahold of them for a months now, it's so ridiculous of how awful the customer service is. It's been over 3 months since my impressions were approved and still nothing...
