However, I've been using the system with the gels bought first (didn't know tray wasn't included so ordered tray separately!) For 2 weeks and not seen much difference unfortunately and that's with the 35%. I also keep reading that these led lights are a gimmick and wont actually help teeth whiten. Apparently it's got to be UV lights that work.

No confirmation of order I placed an order 6 days ago, the payment was taken straight from my account, However, I am yet to receive any confirmation. I have attempted communication 3 times through your “contact us” section online, i have had no response. I have order previously with yourselves and was very straight forward, which is why I returned as a customer. Going forward I would not choose your site or recommend.

It was a waste of money. I used the 44% and it didn't do anything to whiten my teeth. I used it exactly as the instructions said. I guess it must be old. There was no taste to it like I expected. I will be purchasing another brand.

I wasn't happy with the result so… I wasn't happy with the result so returned the products. It took long time to get refund and they didn't give me the full refund. I contacted them few times over a month and they told me that they charges a spoilage charge 20%. They charge high shipping fee, the return postage fee has to be paid by customers and they take the spoilage fee from the refund. It's not worth the price for the product and they are not good at responding quickly, very disappointing. I definitely don't recommend to purchase the product especially from oversea.
