Screwed up from the beginning Screwed up from the beginning. First, when arriving at the facility your staff gave our registration form to someone else. After that screw up, they would only say that we would have to call in to get a new registration number. This required multiple calls and two separate trips to the testing facility. Then it took over a week and multiple calls to get the results. Your staff in person and over the phone was rude and unprofessional. My company will not be using you in the future.

Wonderful! I have tried another 3rd party for Labcorp and I received no response after trying for days. I finally found Health Street and was extremely impressed with how quick and efficient they were. Miss James was wonderful and I highly recommend Health Street!
