Great Service easy to use... The service is great easy to use. They send me a email of staff that need random drug test. I will print and notify staff and send them to collection location normally in less then 72 hrs. we will get results. Also they will notify when staff check in and also when the collection is being received etc. this will be sent to you in different emails and then the final results fairly easy.

Very Good Overall Experience Used for pre-employment applicant screening. Pros: Very easy online access for employers. Extensive network of facilities. Great communication from Health Street to Employer. Cons: Applicant told on phone no need for appointment. Arrived at facility and was told lab closed at 1:00pm. Applicant was frustrated and Health Street staff did help applicant to locate another lab close for testing same day.

Quick and smooth drug screening reasonably priced, quick and easy drug and alcohol screen at a local facility. The web portal works smoothly, and when I needed to download an invoice the same day (in advance of the automatic batch upload of that info overnight) the company made that possible very quickly after I made the request.
