DEUnacceptable Delay and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been 17 days since I placed my order for the kit, and I still haven't received it. The customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Their slow and ineffective communication is very frustrating. I would expect much better service and prompt updates regarding my order status.

CHEasy The whole experience was pretty straight forward. Stupidly, I had forgotten to register my sample through the app before sending it back. But fortunately, customer service could look it up in their system.

MYWorthy Something that made Circle DNA worthy is the genetic counseling. It was great, she was detailed and thorough. She made sure I understood everything clearly. She even spared adequate amount of time to explain everything. The profile was more or less like a template but what made it complete was the counselling.

GBNot a good experience I have tried to communicate with them about accessing my account, there is not help, just a chatbot that keeps telling me to rephrase my question and sends me irrelevant articles. Waste of time and money.
