DEUnacceptable Delay and Poor Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It has been 17 days since I placed my order for the kit, and I still haven't received it. The customer support has been unhelpful and slow to respond. Their slow and ineffective communication is very frustrating. I would expect much better service and prompt updates regarding my order status.

CHEasy The whole experience was pretty straight forward. Stupidly, I had forgotten to register my sample through the app before sending it back. But fortunately, customer service could look it up in their system.

GBUnderstand Yourself Better The experience from extracting the specimen and returning the kit was a pleasant and simple. SG customers get free FedEx pickup instantly, all we need to do was to call the hotline and provided them the details and they will make arrangements for the pickup.
