GBNot a good experience I have tried to communicate with them about accessing my account, there is not help, just a chatbot that keeps telling me to rephrase my question and sends me irrelevant articles. Waste of time and money.

AUCounselling sessions removed no communication Premium DNA kit purchased with 2 counselling sessions with results provided on 05 Oct 2021. Removed one counselling session with NO notice, communication or compensation. Also ignored request for partial refund as original full service was not delivered. I only realised this when I looked within my app to see only 1 counselling session on offer.

GBUnderstand Yourself Better The experience from extracting the specimen and returning the kit was a pleasant and simple. SG customers get free FedEx pickup instantly, all we need to do was to call the hotline and provided them the details and they will make arrangements for the pickup.

CHEasy The whole experience was pretty straight forward. Stupidly, I had forgotten to register my sample through the app before sending it back. But fortunately, customer service could look it up in their system.
