Horrible Horrible. Test results were lost and I had to call 3x to get a report. Had my Board Certified Sleep MD review and he laughed at the interpretation. What a waste of $$$. Then you had a subcontractor call me and try to sell me something at 0600 my time (good timing for someone that has little sleep) that was not even recommended via my report. I don't need a cPap unit via your report. However, the report is trending on malpractice according to my MD as it did not discuss my REM sleep disorder. I will not recommend your company to anyone!!!! Get Lost!!!

Very Disappointed, Beware.... I purchased the sleep test after doing the online assessment. The charge to my account was immediate with a confirmation email. The test arrived in two days (all good). Completed the test, which went very well, easy to do and uploaded results. Then the fun begins. I received my results, which seemed thorough. I was informed I had sleep apnea. MISSING was the prescription which says will be included as the results are certified and signed by a doctor. I called and they told me there should have been a page 5 which is the prescription. I looked and downloaded again. The agent told me it must have been an error and she would resend. The next file did come but NO PRESCRIPTION. Called again and the agent stated she would reach out to her supervisor and let me know. After a couple calls back and forth I was told the prescription was not there because my results were too high, even though there are testimonials on their site which had someone much higher who was satisfied?? I was then told I could take the results to my personal physician for a prescription or pay $99 to speak with their physician and get a prescription. No where on the website does it say you have to go to another Dr. for follow up and to get a prescription. Overall I am extremely disappointed. I lost a great deal of money and have no prescription to order a CPAP which they state is a solution for a positive sleep apnea diagnosis. If I had the option again I would not go with Lunella.

Not happy w/ this unit and would… Not happy w/ this unit and would recommend purchasing another brand. First, the unit came w/ a battery that promptly stopped working after about 2 minutes. So I guess the company thought they could increase their profit margin by reusing batteries or something like that but instead it makes the customer feel like they weren't worth the $2 to receive a new, fresh battery that actually worked. I couldn't immediately use the product until I could go out and purchase the required battery, so that caused a delay (and frustration on my part.) Then, after I did the sleep test, I could find NO information on how I would get the results of the sleep test. I searched for HOURS. All the information the company puts out about the product is geared towards selling you the unit but once that part is done, the company seems to have little interest in ensuring purchasers can actually use the product and get the results they paid for. I still have not found any information that explains to me how I will get the sleep test results (I'm still waiting for customer service to respond to my inquiry) so it appears I spent almost $300 on a product from a company that, once it gets your money for the product, doesn't seem to give a damn if you get anything from it. Even if someone eventually contacts me to explain how I can get the results from the sleep test, I'm so frustrated from the hours I spent looking for this info. that it is NOT worth the frustration. i would suggest NOT purchasing this item for the reasons stated above. No one wants to spend their time frustrated and that seems to be all I have gotten out of the product so far. Avoid purchasing this sleep test - it's a waste of your time.
