Software issues appear to be resolved. The software has been hit-or-miss with respect to pairing with bluetooth but i have been having better luck this past month. I have found that if I restart my phone and disconnect all other bluetooth devices, it connects to my lg300 more consistently. Wearing cuff every day and it works great to control foot drop and facilitate longer walks with reduced fatigue. My only question is how do I protect the skin under the electrodes from electrical irritation? My orthotist has it adjusted properly, I keep the pads wet and turn off the device after use for 2 hours, but I still have a reaction from the FES. If I could use it without the skin rash I would give it 5 stars! BIONESS HAS REACHED OUT (thank you!), BUT THE PHONE # IS NOT VALID.

really helpful This device has increased my walking speed and I do feel as though it is helping with strength in my weak leg. The more I wear it the better it gets. Thank you bioness.

Ryan is absolutely superb Ryan is absolutely superb! He has always made himself available each time we needed assistance. He has been very patient with me as I learned how to use the device.
