GBFees that you are responsible for if you return Rep that I met with was excellent and took his time to listen and set me up based on my needs. The only issue I have is the restocking charges. &600/unit is a bit extreme. This was not even mentioned to me as I was signing all the papers. Not fair. Different when you have someone there guiding you through everything and different when you arenon your own. Wouldnt recommend otherwise

GBThings were promised and or implied… Things were promised and or implied that I would be set up with a therapist that work with me and this devise they would also knowing something about the device but once I had the device in hand everybody got paid and walked sway. I have the devise sitting here as I continue to go to rehab for walking issues.

GBI recently added a thigh cuff to my… I recently added a thigh cuff to my lower leg. I’ve had a thigh cuff before but when I upgraded to the Go system a few years ago, I choose not to get the thigh cuff at that time. The upgrade to add the new thigh cuff went fantastic. April, the local Clinical Representative is Fantastic. She fitted me and programmed the system.

GBPoor Bioness App Tracking Steps The Bioness App does not track the steps that you take each week or each month. The app does track your daily steps, but does not track your steps each day by week or by month. Let me know when you fix the bug in your application software.
