Dajah’s assistance was helpful and… Dajah’s assistance was helpful and appreciated, I give her 5 stars. I give 1 star to the previous representative who transferred the call to Dajah without informing me, resulting in me being surprised to be speaking with someone else after a very long hold and having to re-explain my situation. She either did not inform Dajah or didn’t effectively communicate my call reason to Dajah. I give 1 star to the rep I spoke to around 3:30PM EST today. Unprofessional and completely lacked active listening skills causing me to have to call in again. I was appalled and uncomfortable with my doctors appointment today. The doctor did not care to speak WITH me, only AT me. Her first sentence was asking me if I wanted her to prescribe me Wegovy, telling me that I don’t want to take the compound medication provided by LifeMD because it isn’t FDA approved and doesn’t have individual dosing like Wegovy. She falsely educated me what my expense at the pharmacy was going to be after confirming with her twice. She was off by $1,097. I hope this review is taken seriously and wasn’t more wasted time of mine. Thank you Dajah for being sweet, apologetic, having active listening skills, being a problem solver and offering solutions. Thank you for providing me with compound med options and compensating me 2 months of membership.
