LifeMD is very professional and super convenient LifeMD is a very professional and on top of appts, interactions with the medical professionals and through. I was a bit skeptical at first but now am fully on board with the process and folks I'm working with.

bad bad bad I have contacted this company via email and phone. I’m always put on hold and enter a call back number but nothing. I can’t log into the site to cancel my subscription because the site doesn’t recognize my email address yet I receive emails from them. They say they can’t find my account yet they can find my credit card number to charge it. Despite multiple efforts to retrieve my log in info and cancel directly with the company, no success. I had to block them with my credit card. I would never do business with this company again and strongly urge others to not do business. They have deceptive processes to discourage cancelling.

She was knowledgeable and anticipated my needs. She was able to answer every question and worry I had and some that I hadn’t even thought about. She was very kind and patient and was even able to get me an earlier appointment than was available online.

So helpful Dr Rachel was so informative and made everything easy to understand and made my decisions easier to make! Can't thank this company enough for helping me!
