Absolutely brilliant! I am a doctor myself.My entire family have had consultations with Natasha Dadour. She is lovely, helpful, empathetic and very mindful of a patient’s needs. I would highly recommend both Vala and Natasha Dadour. What I especially love about Vala is that you can get a same day appointment and the booking process is SO easy!

Wonderful Service I've been completely and utterly blown away by Vala. By far some of the nicest people I've spoken to in the medical field. I spoke to Heather who was wonderful, reassured me so much and I can tell is doing the most she can to help me. This service is wonderful, I can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic service, highly recommend. This is the second time I have used Vala Health and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The website was really easy to navigate, there were a few appointment options available and it was clear what I needed to do to access the video call option once booked. The Doctor was warm and easy to talk to and was fantastic with my daughter who I booked the appointment for. They listened to my concerns and took this on board when recommending treatment. I came off the call feeling reassured, which feels especially important at the moment.
