Absolutely brilliant! I am a doctor myself.My entire family have had consultations with Natasha Dadour. She is lovely, helpful, empathetic and very mindful of a patient’s needs. I would highly recommend both Vala and Natasha Dadour. What I especially love about Vala is that you can get a same day appointment and the booking process is SO easy!

I had a wonderful experience I had a wonderful experience. I was so corned about a skin rash on my two year old and signed up. The process took less than five minutes to register, and I booked a consultation with a child’s clinician for the same morning. The twenty minute assessment put my mind at rest and was extremely thorough.

Fantastic service, highly recommend. This is the second time I have used Vala Health and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The website was really easy to navigate, there were a few appointment options available and it was clear what I needed to do to access the video call option once booked. The Doctor was warm and easy to talk to and was fantastic with my daughter who I booked the appointment for. They listened to my concerns and took this on board when recommending treatment. I came off the call feeling reassured, which feels especially important at the moment.
