GBMy wagglecam doesn’t work My wagglecam doesn’t work. I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.

GBNot very reliable I wish this unit was able to connect to a Wifi internet source. I have been using this unit in my driveway and I live in a very residential area with good reception. I keep getting alerts saying my unit is offline or not responding. I was told they use Verizon as the carrier. Other that this issue when it works its good.

GBFrustrated The first item I received did not work & had to be replaced. The process of explaining & getting a replacement was very frustrating & I got charged shipping for the replacement.

GBThe ability to turn the devise on and… The ability to turn the devise on and off is very cumbersome. I can tell when it is on or off. So far I have also had a problem with the cell service provider. I have Verizon for my cell and I was able to get cell service and internet via my phone but the waggle device read no service. So far this is not very good for what I thought would work for me.

GBZero stars Zero stars. Returning the product. If you can't seem to send me an email to complete the installation, then why would I trust you to send me an email alert that something is wrong in my RV.
