My doctor was very sweet but the… My doctor was very sweet but the overall experience is very misleading after taking the quiz. They want to make it seem like you are qualified for GLP-1 meds right away just for that to not be the case SMH. LIES! There are other places that will prescribe you properly without trying to take your money. Refused labs and prescriptions and they are forcing me to pay a $25 copay. Will be resolving with my bank because I should be be entitled to pay it when I refusing labs and prescriptions plus I did not have a good experience. Waste of time! I am not taking two other meds and then have to wait and see if I can or cannot get GLP-1 meds. That is very harmful to the body!

I have had a great experience with… I have had a great experience with PlushCare. Dr. Britton has been amazing and he has set up a treatment plan for my hypertension, high blood pressure, and diabetes that I feel confident in. The only issues I have had were in regards to prescription changes and the absence of a physical location. I requested a minor prescription for a glucose monitor right after my appointment but the customer care told me I needed to pay for an entire appointment in order to talk to the doctor or make any changes. I also was able to receive some free and reduced cost medications but the manufacturer would only ship to a physical doctor's office. Other than these minor issues, I have really been satisfied with the quality of care that Dr. Britton has provided. I also like that I can view all of my appointments, prescriptions, and summaries from the app and web app.

Absolute money grab Absolute money grab. They make it seem like it will be relatively quick and easy to get the medication you need to treat your condition yet after several tests (paid out of pocket), several doctors appts (paid out of pocket) you are $600 down and no closer to getting the medication you need. Super scam. Do not trust.

Scammy and Glitchy I followed my PCP here and I really hate the service (but love my doctor!) They charge a monthly fee on top of whatever you owe for insurance and only give you 15 minutes with your doctor, no options for longer appointments. Why am I paying the same (well, honestly more!) as I did for 30-60 minute appointments before? I am not getting the level of care I would expect from a primary care physician and when I message the company about it I just get the same canned response every time. The video system is also glitchy. If you use a tablet it is still small like it would be on a phone, and messages that pop up cannot be dismissed and cover your session so you can no longer see. Again - not sure what I’m paying for if they can’t provide a functional app.
