GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. I thought I was going to CVS.com to make an appointment with the Minute Clinic and was diverted to PlushCare. When it was clear that I made an error thinking I was at CVS.com and I learned I would be charged for the cancellation of an appointment, I contacted PlushCare. They told me they would not charge my credit card. In fact they did charge my card and repeatedly continued to charge my card monthly despite my calls to reverse the charges and cancel any ‘subscription’ (I never authorized a subscription or any charges to my card). I put a stop on my credit card and was issued a new credit card. To my utter shock, they charged my new card 2 times before I released that they continued this fraudulent practice. Do NOT engage with this corrupt, criminal business.

GBWaste of money The online doctor from plush care told us to have my 2 years old deal with the pain , in addition to misdiagnoses, no medication or treatment was given. We had no choice but took our kid to see other doctor in clinic the next day. Right away , the pediatrician prescribed antibiotics and other medications. I won’t use Plush Care anymore. Based on our experience , it is a scam indeed not to mention we have to pay upfront and being charged again after with insurance.

GBScammy and Glitchy I followed my PCP here and I really hate the service (but love my doctor!) They charge a monthly fee on top of whatever you owe for insurance and only give you 15 minutes with your doctor, no options for longer appointments. Why am I paying the same (well, honestly more!) as I did for 30-60 minute appointments before? I am not getting the level of care I would expect from a primary care physician and when I message the company about it I just get the same canned response every time. The video system is also glitchy. If you use a tablet it is still small like it would be on a phone, and messages that pop up cannot be dismissed and cover your session so you can no longer see. Again - not sure what I’m paying for if they can’t provide a functional app.

GBAbsolute money grab Absolute money grab. They make it seem like it will be relatively quick and easy to get the medication you need to treat your condition yet after several tests (paid out of pocket), several doctors appts (paid out of pocket) you are $600 down and no closer to getting the medication you need. Super scam. Do not trust.
