GBWaste of money The online doctor from plush care told us to have my 2 years old deal with the pain , in addition to misdiagnoses, no medication or treatment was given. We had no choice but took our kid to see other doctor in clinic the next day. Right away , the pediatrician prescribed antibiotics and other medications. I won’t use Plush Care anymore. Based on our experience , it is a scam indeed not to mention we have to pay upfront and being charged again after with insurance.

GBBeware of answering forms, you’ll get charged for them. Used PlushCare for about 1 year. Has been difficult getting through to a person if you have a question. Sometimes can be confusing trying to schedule and most recently had a form with questions pop up which I completed and then I’m charged an extra $20 for it, which insurance declined to pay. Deceptive.

GBI love being able to schedule an… I love being able to schedule an appointment with the same doctor I have seen multiple times within 15 mins!! It's kind of incredible actually--getting help WHEN I need it. Thanks Plush and Dr. Sayess!

GBScam On April 8th I scheduled an 11:15 appointment for an online visit with a Dr. Umama Sadia. Waited 20 minutes for doctor to show up, but never did. I emailed the issue with a Plushcare rep and was assured they would not charge me. 10 minutes later they charged my credit card anyway!! Not responding to any of my emails and when I tried to call their automatic voice mail would say I have a 3 minute wait time. Twice I waited 40 minutes before hanging up on me. Don't waste your time with these crooks

GBMy doctor was very sweet but the… My doctor was very sweet but the overall experience is very misleading after taking the quiz. They want to make it seem like you are qualified for GLP-1 meds right away just for that to not be the case SMH. LIES! There are other places that will prescribe you properly without trying to take your money. Refused labs and prescriptions and they are forcing me to pay a $25 copay. Will be resolving with my bank because I should be be entitled to pay it when I refusing labs and prescriptions plus I did not have a good experience. Waste of time! I am not taking two other meds and then have to wait and see if I can or cannot get GLP-1 meds. That is very harmful to the body!
