Our Cyberbacker is Awesome! Our Cyberbacker, Myline, is awesome! She reports on time each day and keeps in touch throughout the day letting us know what she is working on. Before bringing Myline onto our team, it was difficult for me to keep up with all the very many tasks involved with marketing, transaction management, and the constant stream of emails. She keep us on track with deadlines and important emails. Overall I'm pleased with the CB service… Overall I'm pleased with the CB service as a client. My first CB quit without telling anyone, but my current one is doing great. I did accept a CB in a 2nd FT position, but she was way underqualified and we had to let her go. So my only advice is to do your own due diligence on the CB's that they bring to you to interview. If you don't think they can do it, you might be right.
