Overall I'm pleased with the CB service… Overall I'm pleased with the CB service as a client. My first CB quit without telling anyone, but my current one is doing great. I did accept a CB in a 2nd FT position, but she was way underqualified and we had to let her go. So my only advice is to do your own due diligence on the CB's that they bring to you to interview. If you don't think they can do it, you might be right.
