They gave me a set of bands to take home and use to strengthen my chest after surgery. Using your bands significantly improved my recovery time. I use them every day and can feel the changes to my body. I ordered a silver band since my strength has improved past the green, blue, and black bands Mayo Clinic provided. These bands are like having an entire gym membership right at home.
