Great Concept - Needs a Few Enhancements Bought this for my MIL as an alternative to the pendant-style fall detection monitors. She loves that it is a watch style. Being visually impaired, the text alerts if she sets off the system do not work for her. She needs a phone call. Monitor does seem super-sensitive. The 15-seconds for her to quell alarm if it thinks she fell is not a long enough window for a visually impaired senior to react. Also, many of her friends were interested in this system but quickly became disinterested when they realized it didn’t also function as a watch.

Work in progress The silvertree bracelet is good, But needs adjusting as the alarm will activate on its own frequently at least 2 - 3 times a week and cannot be de activated easily. Is this a first run bracelet. I understand that you are trying to correct the sensitivity issues. Can you readjust mine in the future? Thank you. Linda Guarente

We love the look of this product and the peace of mind we have knowing there is an option for our mother to reach out for help… We love the look of this product and all of the features offered. Our only complaint is that the battery on the wrist band was advertised to last up to two weeks and we do not find that to be true. We do not even get a full week it. We have to pay attention to the battery life on the app because our mother does not really know how to manage this.

The ordering process was confusing and… The ordering process was confusing and I ended up ordering 2 units when I only need one. It kept repeating request for information which apparently led to having 2 orders submitted.
