I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021 but lasted less than 2 yrs I bought my 02ring in Sept 2021. In May 2023 it started giving wildly variable readings. I have tried factory reset and a firmware update but now (August) it freezes on start and often seems to switch on randomly. On Facebook Wellue have repeatedly tried to limit their liability to one year using their warranty unreasonably. Under UK Statute it should be of satisfactory quality for a reasonable time.

I can sleep now Received product promptly. Easy to connect to app. Made my life so much easier. Was staying awake or waking up multiple times a night to check my husband's O2 because of his sleep apnea. Now I can set parameters and my phone will alert me if he goes below parameters. I can finally sleep. The app gives a very nice printout. I do have concerns about the thinness of the material that transmits the data and how durable it will prove to be. Time will tell. Highly recommend.

Collapsible basckets I ordered a basket to use for washing and transporting laundry with a volume of 20 Liters collapsible, as well as a basket for dishes with dropper tray, also collapsible. We received the products even earlier than the originally announced date. Both products arrived intact, and the quality is as expected, that is, very good; I have been using for a year a similar basket of 40 liters that I am very pleased with. From the selection of products to their receipt we did not encounter any problems.

This is a very bad company to deal with… This is a very bad company to deal with they refuse to honro their waranty buy just sending emails to ask for more data.after a month of back an forth emails the oxygen ring still does not work an no resolution is apparent from wellue. This is a bad company to deal with.
