I'm a terrible long haul sleeper so I'm hoping this will do the trick on my 16hr trip to the Philippines! It definitely offers more support than the horseshoe pillows so I remain hopeful.

Bought the original travel pillow in advance of a xcountry redeye and was pleased that I was able to actually get deep sleep w/o a bobbing head. As someone who is usually cold on planes I appreciate the thin fleece fabric but if you run hot, get the cool version. The only drawback to this neck support is that it is not compatible with over ear headphones and mag not be comfortable with certain types of earrings.

Could never sleep on a plane until now!! I have never been able to sleep on a plane until I bought this. It is amazing! Bought for a flight to Barbados and slept for 6 hours solid! I wasn’t expecting much and took a gamble with it being much dearer than the others that are available but WOW! If you can’t sleep on long journeys this is definitely for you! Go out and buy one!!

Great customer service experience I purchased a Trtl Pillow Original. After noticing some loose threads on the velcro, I contacted Trtl support who responded almost immediately and promised to fix the situation. They offered either a discount to keep/repair the pillow myself or to return it for an exchange. I opted for an exchange and had a replacement within about a week. Great customer service, fully satisfied! So far the replacement has been great and seems comfortable, though I have yet to use it on a flight. It’s a bit awkward to wrap around your neck at first but once it’s in place, it feels fairly supportive. One odd thing is that the replacement came with a waterproof carry bag and was generally better packaged. My original order did not include this bag.
