Great customer service experience I purchased a Trtl Pillow Original. After noticing some loose threads on the velcro, I contacted Trtl support who responded almost immediately and promised to fix the situation. They offered either a discount to keep/repair the pillow myself or to return it for an exchange. I opted for an exchange and had a replacement within about a week. Great customer service, fully satisfied! So far the replacement has been great and seems comfortable, though I have yet to use it on a flight. It’s a bit awkward to wrap around your neck at first but once it’s in place, it feels fairly supportive. One odd thing is that the replacement came with a waterproof carry bag and was generally better packaged. My original order did not include this bag.

The trtl pillow 5/5 The trtl pillow is just great! I have been carrying a inflatable u-pillow, but it's not comfortable enough and gets empty while using. I also don't want to buy a big u-pillow as they are expensive and too big to carry. Trtl is small and lightweight so easy to carry with! Supports the head and it's surprisingly comfortable! Also travelling alone, who wants to lean to a stranger in the plane next to you 😅 Trtl helps me keep my position upwright. Can't say anything negative so have to give 5/5.

A sleeping daughter-in-law TRTL was bought for my daughter-in-law, so I can only repeat what she told me - that she slept for 90 minutes on an easy chair the first time she tried it out! I dare say she was weary, being a very busy person, but her comment must mean a lot.

Couldn’t have survived the red eye… Couldn’t have survived the red eye flight without the Trtl! Highly recommend!! Actually went into a deep sleep and dreamt!

It's just a game changer for travel… It's just a game changer for travel pillows...gone are the days of waking up on a plane when my neck moves forward just when dozing off. It's extremely comfortable and also warm and cosy around my neck. I will certainly be recommending trtl travel pillows for any travel.... planes, trains, even car passengers on long journeys.
