SmartMD I've been utilizing SmartMD for about a year now. They help us with charge entry whenever my internal team is not be able to handle the volume of claims to make our month close. The SmartMD team responds very quickly to emails and is receptive to feedback. My only pain point has been that they do make some data entry errors. That said, there are several caveats to our billing process that can result in human error if you're not completely comfortable with the systems we use. When I identify these errors, Lorna, the team manager, is great at addressing them with her team and ensuring me that she's done so. I would recommend them to a colleague because they meet deadlines and they're easy to work with.

Great service overall The good: responsive customer support easy set up pasting directly into EHR good accuracy templates easy to provide and used well by the trascriptionists overall perfect service. Please improve: 1. android app for dictation is sorely needed. it can be as simple as using a 3rd party app that uploads directly to your system -eg use a google drive or something. Can't just say no, we only work with iphone/ipad. 2. the iphone app is a little crowded, but overall usable; would be nice if we had the option to use an app without any features except dictation and upload for those users that did not want anything else.

We love SmartMD! SmartMD has been a great service from the beginning several years ago. They provided us with a smooth transition from our old transcription company and continue to give us great customer and IT support. Great Company Great experience with SmartMD. The on-site trainings were well put together, the customer service is great. The trainers were very patience with me and my staff. The follow up weekly meetings was great as it provided me the opportunity to ask questions in reference to any issues or concerns I may have encounter once we went live with the forms. Also, the weekly follows were to ensure the process was flowing smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend this program to anyone who prefers to have electronic documents. It's simple for the patients and caregivers to follow and there is always a support provider to assist with any needs.
