My Quickie 2 needed new armrests My Quickie 2 needed new armrests. One of my pet peeves for any disabled person is equipment in poor repair; we are worth having our 24/7 stuff in excellent shape! I ordered armrests I thought would work, but they did not fit. I called the company and they did some research, figured out what would fit, and effected an exchange. I am a fan and will definitely use Care Medical Source again.

Outstanding service and support Outstanding service and support. We needed an emergency replacement part that wasn’t a stock item and they placed order direct with manufacturer with priority shipping at no extra charge. I had to place a second order the next day and without calling them it too got shipped priority!! Couldn’t ask for better service. Evan had live communications throughout the processing of the first order with them keeping me updated. Great customer service!

Above and beyond My delivery was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, which we discovered just after a stressful doctor appointment. Before we figured out it was on a neighbor’s porch, Heather was soothing my worries and arranging for a replacement. We found the original soon after, so the replacement wasn’t needed, but I so appreciated the effort. Two days later, I realized I needed another piece of equipment ASAP (I was new to this.) And, again a wonderful Care staffer found the item in stock and let me rush over to the office to pick it up. These employees live up to the company name.

Slow shipping Well considering I haven't received my order yet and i ordered it back on August 20 is why i gave you a low rating. Normally when i order from you i get the items within a few days but not sure what happened this time? I haven't even received a tracking number yet! And if there was a problem in the past you normally explained to me that it may take alittle longer but I've heard nothing.
