GBI’d bought two different items on… I’d bought two different items on separate orders. The next day, I received an email saying they were refunding the shipping and handling charges on the second order! It’s $9.00. Thanks Care Medical!

GBAbove and beyond My delivery was accidentally delivered to the wrong address, which we discovered just after a stressful doctor appointment. Before we figured out it was on a neighbor’s porch, Heather was soothing my worries and arranging for a replacement. We found the original soon after, so the replacement wasn’t needed, but I so appreciated the effort. Two days later, I realized I needed another piece of equipment ASAP (I was new to this.) And, again a wonderful Care staffer found the item in stock and let me rush over to the office to pick it up. These employees live up to the company name.

I should have paid extra for faster shipping as my old one gave its last gasp (!) a day before the new one came but I made it by keeping it pumped up. GBSlow shipping Well considering I haven't received my order yet and i ordered it back on August 20 is why i gave you a low rating. Normally when i order from you i get the items within a few days but not sure what happened this time? I haven't even received a tracking number yet! And if there was a problem in the past you normally explained to me that it may take alittle longer but I've heard nothing.

GBVery helpful. Customer service researched my product request and found it to be discontinued. Then they offered to research which products were similar and most likely to be recommended for what I was looking for and get back to me. Even though I said I’d rather do that myself, they gave me a starting point of where and how to search for it. Very sincere and helpful. Thanks.
