Better than expected. Much better! Just finished our first year of service with Bell Medex....and we could not be happier! For the percentage we are paying them, I was initially concerned that it was too good to be true. I was wrong! Their customer service and the communication with our team is pretty amazing! We work directly with Crystal Rainbow and she is phenomenal. We have her cell number (which never happened with our previous billing companies) and can always get her on the phone when needed. Our reimbursements are higher than ever and our aging A/R is lower than ever. I highly recommend!

Excellent billing partner We have been with BellMedex for over a year. Their team has been responsible, thorough and proactive as a billing partner. The experience with them is like having your own in house billing team. We enjoy working with them and look forward to continuing the relationship as our practice grows.

Frustrating Bellmedex doesn't want our office staff to correct errors made in filing. But we have to do the legwork in order for you to correct them. Then contact you with information to refile. That isn't always done in a timely enough manner to meet filing deadlines. It's frustrating. It causes us extra work to gather the information readily available to you on AdvancedMD, consolidate it into a coherent email & then send to you. Where you might or might not finish the job in time to meet deadline.
