The manager left the practice in the very beginning of working with BellMedEx and as a consultant I have been trying very hard to help out but I know this transition has been tough of Max and his team. BellMedEx has been a very accommodating… BellMedEx has been a very accommodating billing company over the past few years we have been with them. Questions are always answered within 24 hours or at the very least acknowledged with next steps. Highly recommend!

Better than expected. Much better! Just finished our first year of service with Bell Medex....and we could not be happier! For the percentage we are paying them, I was initially concerned that it was too good to be true. I was wrong! Their customer service and the communication with our team is pretty amazing! We work directly with Crystal Rainbow and she is phenomenal. We have her cell number (which never happened with our previous billing companies) and can always get her on the phone when needed. Our reimbursements are higher than ever and our aging A/R is lower than ever. I highly recommend!

Solid Credentialing Services We have used BellMedEx for both billing and credentialing. This review is about credentialing. We have used another service before them that made errors and Bellmedex was able to get applicaitons on the right track. The process is still extremely slow so I'm rating it a 4. Not sure how much that is in Bellmedex's control but we've waited over 6 months for many panels. we've worked with Connor Angel who is very responsive. Higher up leaders were also able to give us guiidance about how to go about the credentialing process at the outset which helped too.
