Uday Latpate went above and beyond for me! Uday Latpate went above and beyond for me. I am a middle aged clinical psychologist returning to private practice after many years. I am low tech, to say the least. Uday was sensitive to my needs. Uday tirelessly spent over two hours on zoom with me because I had trouble accessing important information. Uday was adept at explaining the tasks before me in a polite, respectful, patient way. Uday really understands the processes and requirements for me to complete and move forward. Uday provided me with his direct contact information and invited me to reach out with any questions or concerns. When I reached out to him with a question, he was available immediately, ready to address any concern with a pleasant attitude, always checking in with me to confirm that I understand instructions. I have only recently engaged Bikham Healthcare to assist in my credentialing after interviewing four companies. After working with Uday for two days, I feel confident that I chose the right credentialing company and would recommend Bikham Healthcare, and specifically Uday Latpate, for credentialing needs. I am particularly impressed that Uday reached out to me the same day I signed up for services. I commend Bikham Healthcare, especially Uday Latpate for their professionalism and high standards.

I would give zero stars but not… I would give zero stars but not available. I just had the worst interaction with my so called "dedicated account specialist" she started off hostile with an attitude which escalated from there. I have gotten NOTHING for my 4500 dollars except the run around for the last 6 months. I am furious with this company and the service they say they give. DO NOT GO HERE for credentialing services.

Her comments and answers dissolved all of my apprehensions. I was able to feel comfortable with the credentialing process. Something I know nothing about.
