Avoid at all costs The company did submit some insurance applications for me, but of the almost 30 “submitted”, 6 of the insurance companies had never received an application. They outsource everything to India and cycle you through account managers so no one ever knows what’s going on. I would avoid this company at all costs.

The Bikham team is knowledgeable The Bikham team is knowledgeable, flexible, and always available. Their on boarding and application processes have been very well organized and updates are always on their dashboard. Requests for additional information from health insurers are handled expeditiously. Still waiting on the application completions, but very pleased so far.
