Megan is a CS Master! Megan was SUPER helpful and SUPER patient. She was willing to go into all my different rabbit holes and guide me through the whole process of where the correct toes felt good both on my feet and in my mind. Thank you Megan!

I received excellent customer service… I received excellent customer service from Megan Childs. I ordered a M set of Correct Toes which was the suggested size for my shoe size. I have unusually skinny feet and they were too big. I emailed custotmer service and they worked with me until we figured out the correct fit. They had me send pictures so they could really take a look and see what the issue I was describing was. They sent me a S size to try and compare with the M and it was a much better fit. They even went over a modification I could make to make them an even better fit! All I have to do now is send back the M pair and everything is all set. Looking forward to improving my foot health with this product. It already feels great!

Excellent Customer Service Is Still Alive :) I reached out with a question concerning the products return policy and received a quick response concerning this. This put me at ease and I made my purchase of quantity 2 Correct Toes toe spacers. I spent the extra money for quicker shipping and asked Megan Childs, the representative who first answered me on the return policy, if there was anyway to ensure this shipped out as soon as possible trying to get the item in time for a birthday gift. Megan replied with "What I am going to do is mail them out today, they would not be going out till either Wed or Thursday." This was huge in my eyes. Megan could have easily gave the standard answer "We will do what we can but can not make any promises." I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. I look forward to trying the toe spacers out and possibly getting more items in the future.
