I had a manufacturing issue and it was… I had a manufacturing issue and it was dealt with right away with no hassle. This is the first company that has done this for me. It is appreciated that they stood by the quality of the product without me having to invest hours of my time to rectify it.

Waste of money Based on the size suggestions I should've been a size Medium, when I received the product it was far too small and I couldn’t even put it on. I emailed them about the problem only to find out it is made nearly impossible to get your money back for these. Horrible customer service and a return policy made to force you to keep the product and waste your $65. Might as well be a scam when you can find nearly identical products elsewhere that, if they don't fit, they will actually just send you a different, correctly sized pair for free. Don't waste you money with this joke of a company and product like I did.

I can confirm this is a solid company with a good product, good staff, and reliable service. The customer support rep I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided a replacement device when I made an error in trying to fit my initial purchase. Definitely happy with my purchase
