Roughed up package, but otherwise I can't complain! I ordered Nipro 1mL syringe/needle combos plus two other kinds of needles. I got the package today after just under a week; it's exactly what I ordered. My only complaint is that the box arrived quite crushed on one end. This would be a UPS problem except that the boxes of stuff inside sustained a bit of damage too because they weren't sufficiently cushioned by the scant packing peanuts inside. In my case that's only cosmetic and the actual needles and syringes are in good condition, since they're mostly made of/capped with somewhat hard plastic, but it was a little disconcerting. I would be a little cautious if you're getting something more fragile. Another thing worth noting is that on my box there was a sticker labeling the box as containing hypodermic needles (which, of course, it did.) Whether this labelling is standard for all orders or just for needles & other more regulated materials I am not sure. This feature could be positive or negative depending on the person. I had no problems with anything else. The prices are quite good if you need bulk quantities anyway. I expect I will buy from here again, though it will probably be a while before I need to, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
