GBExceptional Service Had ordered pads from a supplier, was suppose to gave arrived already. No luck, needed them and found Unique Medical Supply. Ordered pads from them, said 5-7 days and they were here the next day. Will be ordering all my other med supplies when needed from your company. Thank you for exceptional service and caring.

GBBest online experience I've had in… Best online experience I've had in years. After placing my order they reached out to ensure the address was correct. I was informed my items were going to be “ quick to ship”. Within 4 days everything was safely at my Grandmothers door. I'll say exactly what she said upon opening her much needed medical supplies “ Thank you, from the bottom of my heart” -- I look forward to working with Unique Medical Supplies on future orders.

GBThe staff have been very helpful The staff have been very helpful. I've experienced a setback in the delivery/ lack of of the wheelchair I ordered. FED EX Mishandled the shipping which is not the fault of Unique Medical. Ms Olivia has bent over backwards to fix the problem.

GB250$ Item paid and never received I place a monthly order for incontinence supplies for my handicapped son with this company. I paid 250$ six weeks ago for supplies which I never received. They are no longer responding to my emails or phone calls and appear to be out of business. Buyer beware!!!

GBWe actually use these for our… We actually use these for our brontosaurus of a dog who is a senior now and just doesn’t have the self control he had in his youth, lol. None of the puddle pads meant for dogs were strong enough for his “mistakes” but these are amazing. And so much bigger than ones designed for dogs. They’re expensive but in my mind completely worth it. Love the fast shipping from this company, too.
