BEWARE!!!!! You deserve o stars!!! I am begging and pleading with anyone reading this please do not order from this company (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!) they do not send merchandise and they keep giving you the run around, I just lost money down the drain dealing with this company, I wish I would have read the reviews first. But it's ok because I know other people will read this review and take (CAUTION). There are many legitimate companies so please shop elsewhere.

Great customer service Great customer service. It was nice to speak with a "live person" who could answer my questions, too. I bought a "basic" Medline brand wheelchair with a 16"x16" seat as I needed something to get through some narrower doors in my house. Unique Medical Supply's prices were very competitive, beating Amazon by a mile, and their delivery timeframe was weeks ahead of Amazon. I was pleased with the Medline wheelchair--it came almost fully assembled--all I had to do was to quickly attach the two leg supports. This product will help me remain mobile as my broken foot heals. Highly recommend.

Price was good and shipping was fast Price was good and shipping was fast. The seat mounting pieces were not as pictured as it came with 2 U clips and not the 4 plastic clips and screws as pictured. I was given the manufacturers phone number before I placed my order as I wanted to see if the seat came with both means of attaching the seat and was told it came as pictured which proved incorrect as it had just the 2 U clips and the screws. Bottom line is I made it work but I would have preferred the 4 plastic clips.

Exceptional Service Had ordered pads from a supplier, was suppose to gave arrived already. No luck, needed them and found Unique Medical Supply. Ordered pads from them, said 5-7 days and they were here the next day. Will be ordering all my other med supplies when needed from your company. Thank you for exceptional service and caring.

Order was placed on 01/01/2023 and… Order was placed on 01/01/2023 and merchandise has never been shipped or received. Called and emailed multiple times with no answer on calls and only one response to a Facebook complaint. It has been 45 days for a delivery promise in 5-7 days.
