Price was good and shipping was fast Price was good and shipping was fast. The seat mounting pieces were not as pictured as it came with 2 U clips and not the 4 plastic clips and screws as pictured. I was given the manufacturers phone number before I placed my order as I wanted to see if the seat came with both means of attaching the seat and was told it came as pictured which proved incorrect as it had just the 2 U clips and the screws. Bottom line is I made it work but I would have preferred the 4 plastic clips.

I ordered and paid for a bedside table… I ordered and paid for a bedside table for my bedridden wife in mid December of 2022. After 12 phone messages left (since they never answer the phone) and multiple text messages, we still have no table or a refund. My husband is no longer able to use the… My husband is no longer able to use the upstairs shower due to the stairs so we bought a Guardian Medine Bariatric Bath bench without a back to place in our clawfoot bath tub (old tub, not the newer types) in the downstairs bathroom. He is able to sit while using a hand held shower hose that is attached to the tub faucets. I was not sure if the bench would fit the tub but it does and because it can be raised or lowered, he was able to adjust the bench to a comfortable level for him. This is the first time we have purchased anything from Unique Medical Supply but we were pleased with the product, the ease of ordering, and how quickly it was delivered. Very satisfied!

Great Service Great Service! I ordered an item for a good price and got a fast delivery schedule report. Great! But, then, the delivery company lost the order. I called Unique Medical Supply and a customer service rep came online very quickly and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, and a few days later, my item arrived. I'll buy again from Unique Medical Supply.
