Parts Have owned a inogen G3 for a little over 2 1/2 years.Zero problems ,but I do have a question.I have ordered and received New filters. Have calls many times but cant6 get anyone to talk to. I replaced the old ones, but for some reason I don't think they are working as well as the ones I took out.I was reading that there is a filter behind where the tube hooks up to the machine and was wondering if it may need to be changed.There is a tool that must be ordered,so I read. Really unprofessional company to shop… Really unprofessional company to shop from . We ordered a pair of oxygen concentrator Column and was supposed to be shipped to us and it never did after a week.I followed up several times and apparently I couldn’t get on the phone with the supervisor. They said just email Greg. So the order was finally canceled at the end. I do not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. Order #472612

this unit enable me to survive the two hurricane in Lake Charles area. the unit was delivered on time and as… the unit was delivered on time and as ordered' it supply the amount needed' i received it before the two hurricanes hit. the rental unit shorted out. i am oxygen dependent. i would not have survived w/o this unit. thank you oxygendirect.

Extra Power Cord My cord was delivered in a timely fashion and works very well with the D/C car system. I would also like to add that the staff at Oxygen Direct was courteous and helpful in obtaining permission for me to fly on Delta Airlines with my Inogen Concentrator and two batteries.
