Excellent service I needed to replace my stethoscope in a short amount of time as I moved and my household goods aren’t going to be delivered for some time. I ordered a stethoscope, and it arrived early, but I realized I had ordered the wrong one. I spoke to Rob on the phone who was incredibly helpful in combining an order for the correct stethoscope and ear tips that I had ordered separately. Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope Order date 12/14, receive date 12/30. Contacted to inquire about shipment two different times, was told two different things. Box does not contain Littmann Hologram I’ve had on prior purchases elsewhere. Engraving was well done. I’m uncertain if I’d purchase from this website again.
